The Maison · Privacy

Held in
confidence.

We treat your information the way we would treat a letter — read by the smallest number of people, kept in a locked drawer, and never spoken of in public.

In effect · June 2026

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to care for you as a member: your name, contact details, application notes, the chapters you read, the rituals you mark complete, and the requests you send to the atelier. We do not collect what we do not need.

How we use it

To make the Maison feel personal — to greet you by name, to remember the chapter you are on, to send the right invitation, and to reply to your private notes. Nothing more.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers. We never use your private journal, the Legacy Vault or your member rooms to train external systems. Your reflections are yours.

Where it lives

Your information is held on encrypted, modern infrastructure in the European Union and the United States, with strict access limited to the small team of the Maison. Backups are encrypted and rotated regularly.

Your rights

You may at any time view the information we hold about you, request a copy in a portable format, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. A single private note to Hello@juliapostjewelry.com is enough.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, where used, are aggregate and anonymous.

Children

The Maison is intended for adult women. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen.

Changes

Should this notice change, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. You will always know what we hold and why.
