Maison Gem is a private membership platform created by Julia Post-Guenther. By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

Membership
Membership is personal, non-transferable and offered entirely at the discretion of the Maison. We may decline, suspend or end any membership at any time, with or without cause, where conduct is unkind, dishonest or in conflict with the spirit of the rooms.
Payments & no refunds
Fees are billed monthly or annually in the currency shown at checkout and are non-refundable. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds, credits or pro-rated returns for any reason, including unused time, cancelled memberships, changed circumstances or dissatisfaction. You may cancel at any time and your membership will simply run to the end of the period already paid for. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that law prevails over this paragraph and nothing here removes it.
Guidance, not professional advice
Everything within Maison Gem — the workbooks, quizzes, rituals, checklists, city guides, wellness and beauty material, styling and jewelry suggestions, etiquette and negotiation language, financial or business commentary, and anything generated by the platform's AI features — is offered as general editorial inspiration only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Always consult a qualified professional before acting. You use everything here entirely at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.
AI-generated material
Several features produce content automatically. Automated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it is not reviewed by Julia Post-Guenther before you see it. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.
Members, third parties & partners
Member profiles, posts, salons and messages are created by members, not by the Maison, and we do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for them. Partner clubs, boutiques, hotels, advertisers and any venue, product or offer mentioned or linked from the platform are independent third parties; their goods, services, perks, pricing and availability are their own responsibility, not ours, and any dealings with them are strictly between you and them.
The Atelier
The Private Atelier is an asynchronous concierge service offered as part of Champagne and Couture memberships. We work in good faith on every request, but we do not guarantee availability, reservations, pricing or any particular outcome.
The Almanac
Recorded masterclasses, written letters and seasonal workbooks are released through the year and kept in your member rooms for the duration of your membership. There are no live calls, scheduled rooms or video meetings to attend, and the Maison makes no commitment to any release date or schedule. Features, content and benefits may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Conduct in the rooms
The Maison is a private, considered space. We ask members to speak of one another with discretion, to keep what is shared in the salon inside the salon, and to treat the atelier with the same courtesy they would extend to a trusted friend. You are responsible for everything you post and you agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes another's rights.
Intellectual property
All written content, photography, course material, design and the name “Maison Gem” remain the property of Julia Post-Guenther. You are welcome to use it personally; you may not republish, resell, rebrand, scrape or train models upon it.
As-is, no warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Julia Post-Guenther, Julia Post Jewelry, Maison Gem, nor any of their affiliates, partners, contractors or licensors shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — arising from or connected with your use of the platform, its content, its AI features, its partners or its members. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited in total to the amount you paid to the Maison in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Julia Post-Guenther, Julia Post Jewelry and Maison Gem from any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved individually — never as part of a class action — first in private mediation and, if absolutely necessary, in the courts of New York County.
