Six principles
How we keep company in the Maison.
Generosity
We credit. We introduce. We open doors that were opened for us, and many more besides.
Honesty
We tell the truth in private before we ever speak in public. We choose direct over passive, kind over performative.
Grace
We assume the better story first. We extend the longer pause. We hold our jealousies privately, and let them teach us.
Boundaries
A soft 'no' is still a complete sentence. We are not required to be small to make other women comfortable.
Stewardship
We protect the reputations of women not in the room with the same care we would want extended to our own.
